Measles cases in Northeast Ohio reached 180 by Sept.
15 compared to 45 last year, with many cases in counties like Wayne (43) and Geauga (38). Health officials say a drop in vaccination rates is driving the surge and advise residents to keep up with immunizations.

José Ramírez hit his 12th homer for his 1,000th RBI and rookie Travis Bazzana added as the Guardians rallied for a 5-3 win over the Athletics Friday night.
Pitcher Joey Cantillo delivered six scoreless innings as Cleveland moved ahead in the AL Central.
The Fighting Eagles competed in Week 5 of Friday Football Frenzy last Friday at their home field.
